ma meni ne bi škodilo malo više mesa na rukama. Stalno mi komentiraju da imam previše tanke ruke. :lol:

@ filmophil: da, jedino je bed kaj nemože (barem ja neznam za tu vježbu s bučicama) triceps pumpati.

pa logično je.. mada bi to bila neka "globalna" vježba za kompletni gornji dio torza (prsa, nadlaktice, ramena). koliko dnevno? hmm.. pa ja radim sve vježbe 3 serije po 10 komada, osim trbušnjaka koje radim po 30 ili više koliko mogu.. sve radim na spravama tak da neznam za ove "homemade" vježbe..

probao sam već to, ali nije pomoglo. Snažan jesam, ono, ali jednostavno tako izgledaju ruke, lol. A tek na poslu, svi tamo rade na poljoprivredi poslije posla i onda me zajebavaju kako imam ženske ruke. :lol:

Ja samo da sredim trbušne i to je to!Ma qrac cu to uspjeti,ljeti se masovno nalijevam pivom a to je smrt za stomak :lol:
Doduse jos malo biceps oblikovat... 8)

Neman vrimena za teretanu trenutno (matura, prijemni i tako to), radin doma 50-100 trbušnjaka na dan i to je zasad to. Ne mislin uzimat nikakve preparate, proteine i slično, mada mi svi prijatelji to prakticiraju. Samo čista vježba i naravno puno tunjevine, mesa, banana, mlika...

A šta se tiče sezone, i bez bildanja bit će to unosno. :wink:

@ Ghostface: s obzirom na tvoju težinu i visinu, morat češ puno jest (bjelančevine, ugljikohidrate.. raspitaj se što točno..) kada kreneš vježbati ako želiš masu nabit.
