pogledam poster i mislim si, o, eastwood u filmu, super... i onda ovo vidim :lol:
al bit ce dobri ed i viggo:)

i odlican mi je trailer; jedva cekam pogledati ovo.

a koja je to era bila?

sigurno 60te i 70te..zato jer su poznate po talijanskim westernima..pa i nakon toga je bilo dosta dobrih westerna...oni koji mi padaju na pamet npr.

ja sam prezadovoljna tim "novjim" westernima i zbilja se da nac dobrih i zanimljivih filmova. ne bi bas bilo u redu zapustiti taj zanr i vremenski ga ograniciti na samo jedno razdoblje; u potpunosti sam za to da se razvijaju nove ideje i primjenjuju u stravanju ovakvog neceg.

imas pravo zaboravih na njega..a ima i odlicna novija western serija Deadwood..pred kojom bi se vecina westerna ih one ere mogla samo sakrit...

LOL...baš htjedoh topic otvoriti 8) :lol:

BTW...cool sve to izgleda...posebice glumačka ekipa...Ed Haris i Viggo kao pozitivci te Jeremy Irons kao negativac :supz: Jedino ova Renée malo bode u oko...ali ajd, može i ona proći...valda LOL


PS...samo se nadam da se neće ponoviti Seraphim Falls koji je po traileru i glumcima takiođer obećavao a ipsao je porilično čudan i bez vezan film...

cijeli film mi je bio ok...do kraja...kraj takv sranje..zao mi je kaj mi netko nije spoilao kraj pa da usparam onih 2 sata filma prije...ali necu vise o njemu..

Appaloosa
Directing just his second feature, Ed Harris' "Appaloosa" is a classic Western based on the popular novel about two self-appointed US Marshals hired to clean up a town run by a murderous rancher [Jeremy Irons]. Harris stars as Virgil Cole, who is teamed up with friend Everett Hitch [Viggo Mortensen]. Into Cole's life comes Allie [Renée Zellweger], an independent woman of sorts, desperate to find a man to protect her from the harshness of the West.

"Appaloosa" is a Western that takes its cues from the likes of "Rio Bravo", thus hving a classic Western structure. Yet it takes its time to delineate characters and does so with skill. As with Westerns of old, "Appaloosa" is about men and violence, the lawlessness of the late 1800s in post-Civil War America. This film bristles with violence and humanity, and explores the nature of morality in an amoral world.

Harris not only directs this fine film with clarity of vision but also delivers another stellar performance, though its Jeremy Irons, as the film's multi-faceted antagonist, who steals the film. The movie's one flaw is the miscasting of Zellweger, who seems incapable of doing little more than either pout or smile forcibly in a one-note performance that detracts from the major plot of the film. Beyond that, we have a finely textured, riveting Western that marks a welcome return to a classic American genre.

Pa meni je Seraphim falls skroz ok, kraj nije čudan, u biti je totalno predvidljiv, nijedan od njih nije bija zlikovac, tako da je slijed događaja s krajem logičan. A ona baba simbolizira neku vrst demona osvete.
