evo objašnjenje filma za one koji nisu shvatili ga...mene je mučio onaj malo čudan kraj, ali sad je sve jasno

i naravno, ovaj tekst s imdba je pun spoilera pa ako niste gledali film ne čitajte ovo...

The protagonist, Girl, needs a ride home. She doesn't feel like taking the bus, so she decides to ask for a ride. Then comes the Guy, her secret admirer, who decides to give her a ride just to spend some time with her. However, the Girl is quite annoying at first, whilst the Guy is kind of creepy, so they don't get along very well. They decide to stop at the gas station, and the Girl gets trapped in a bathroom there.
NOTE: This is just a random event. Her being trapped in the bathroom has nothing to do with the main story, it's just a side-event to give the movie a faster pace and a reason for the two of them not getting along again after she yells at him.

Then the Girl finds out why the Guy was giving her the ride in the first place, and gets angry and creeped out. Their argument becomes the reason for the car crash on the highway.
Now, here comes the whole twist - everything after the car crash until the VERY end is just a dream. Well, not exactly a dream, but more like reliving the highway's past. Due to the car crash, the Guy actually dies there immediately after getting the wounds (and probably due to freezing), while the Girl survives and starts reliving the events which happened on the highway 50 years ago. She finds out about the maniac cop who was randomly killing people on the highway and later died after the priests didn't help him. However, due to an UNKNOWN and not extremely important reason, the cop became a ghost and started to haunt the highway, along with the ghosts of his victims. He then murdered the priests and every 23rd December his ghost would cause a crash where the new victims like the Guy & Girl would find themselves trapped.

So here comes the second twist - they've all been trapped in some kind of a time capsule there. This is the reason why the Girl was reliving some events every now and then, and so on.

So anyway, the end where the girl wakes up, only to be escorted by the Guy's ghost towards the station, is actually the FIRST time she wakes up after the crash. Everything that happened between these two events was just the Girl's dream, which happened during the time she was trapped in time. So then, the Guy's ghost walks her to the station and says that he was going to tell her all eventually, which reminds her of her dream after the crash.

That's all. Up until the very end it was all just the Girl's dream combined with her being trapped in time (sorry, don't know how to explain that though). Do you understand now?

pa ako je gledatelj trebao onu gore pricu izvuc na krjau film onda redatelj nezna svoj posao..jer nisam ni priblizno na takvo nekaj pomislio...radi toga mi je sad film jos i vece smece..

meni je bio sasvim zadovoljavajuci.
jos mi je temp u stanu bila valjda oko nule i fino utjecala na usvajanje atmosfere. sjecam se da mi je prica bila ok i bas bih ga trebala opet pogledati da usporedim dojmove.

nisam nesto ocekivao a kad ono vau,totalno spooky film pogotovo onaj prolaznik,pa oni svećenici još se ježim prilikom sjećanja na te scene.uvrnut film,ali stvarno ga se isplati pogledat za one koji još nisu

gledao sam film čim je izašao, i ostao mi je u dobrom sjećanju
što se tiče snježne atmosfere, sad je pravo vrijeme za gledanje, vani pada kao ludo (barem u Zagrebu)

Gotovo da mogu i osjetiti mraz u ovom filmu. To se najviše izrazi kada zalutaju dublje u šumu i naiđu na ruševine u kojima obitavaju duhovi.
Tada sam se naježio.
