Čini se da "Kick Ass" redatelja Matthew Vaughna neče biti jedini film ove godine koji se bavio običnim ljudima koji misle da su suprejunaci, a isto tako se čini da "Zombieland" neče biti jedini film ove godine u kojem ćemo imati prilike gledati Woody Harrelsona u pomalo otkaćenoj ulozi. A da tome bude tako pobrinut će se komična drama Defendor redatelja i scenarista Petera Stebbingsa u kojoj će Woody Harrelson igrati običnog čovjeka koji si zamišlja da je superjunak te hoda naokolo gradom opremljen "oružjem" kao što su "špekule" i spajalice za papir u namjeri da spriječi kriminal.
Uz Woody Harrelsona u filmu će se još pojaviti i Kat Dennings, Elias Koteas i Sandra Oh. Film će pemjerno biti prikazan na ovogodišnjem Toronto International Film Festivalu, a nakon toga ga vjerojatno očekuje i nekakvo limitirano kino prikazivnje. S obziromd a film za sada sigutno neče izazvati veliki interes, neka bude u ovom topicu...

RADNJA
Reality intersects with delusion in the mind of Arthur Poppington (Woody Harrelson), a regular man who adopts a superhero persona known as Defendor, and combs the city streets at night in search of his arch-enemy, Captain Industry. In his attempts to combat crime and bring down Captain Industry, a drug and weapons dealer who he mistakenly blames for the death of his mother, Defendor ends up befriending a young prostitute, Katerina Debrofkowitz (Kat Dennings). Armed with unconventional weapons of mass confusion, aided by his new friend, and putting his life on the line, Defendor proves that everyone is capable of making a difference.

Eto...pojavio se i trailer za ovaj film, te jedna kratki clip iz filma...izgleda izvrsno hahaha...Woddy briljira haha...kao i ostali

Woody mi je sve drazi i drazi glumac...Sad je bas zaredao ok filmove

Meni je ovo odličan film + Woody i nema preseravanja kao u npr. kickass-u (da me ne shvatite krivo super je film), doduše nisu isti filmovi dok je defendor više drama za razliku od kickass-a koji je akcijski, a zajedničko im je jedino "superjunaci". Defendor mi je realniji i to mi je super u filmu, vjerojatno ću ga pogledat još koji put dok kickass možda u nekom društvu...jednom me je dovoljno zabavio.

kick ass i defendor su 2 različita filma, a vidim da ih uspoređujete...defendor je tragikomična drama koja govori o psihičkom bolesniku u naivnoj potrazi za pravdom, nekako je ljudskiji i topliji od kick assa

da me krivo ne shvatite oba filma su mi super

Uspoređuju se jer su ciljano izašli u jako kratkom vremenskom razmaku i jer obrađuju identičnu tematiku. Znalo se uspoređivat neke filmove i za manje.
