O filmu:
The Flintstones is a 1994 American live-action film directed by Brian Levant, starring John Goodman, Rick Moranis, Elizabeth Perkins and Rosie O'Donnell and based on the prime time animated series of the same name. It is produced by Amblin Entertainment, Hanna-Barbera Productions and distributed by Universal Pictures. The film was poorly received by critics but was a box-office success. It was followed by a prequel, The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, released in 2000.

Plot:
The Flintstones and the Rubbles are modern stone-age families. Fred and Barney work at Slate and Company, mining rock. Fred gives Barney some money so he and Betty can adopt a baby. When Fred and Barney take a test to determine who should become the new associate vice president, Barney returns the favor by switching his test answers for Fred's, whose answers aren't very good. Fred gets the executive position, but little realizes that he's being manipulated by Cliff Vandercave to be the fall guy for an embezzlement scheme.

Ma jedna od najvećih gluposti 90 - tih, makar mi je i crtana verzija bila mrska. nikad ih nisam volio gledati, a film je bar dosta vjerno pokupio likove, ali opet, jedan od najlošijih filmova 90 - tih + nastavak. A tek pojava Elizabeth Taylor.

Čak mi je bio bezveze i dok sam bio dijete.

Meni totalna suprotnost, jedan od najdražih filmova iz 90-tih, bolju glumačku postavu nije mogao imati, iako Rossie O'Donell ne izgleda baš pravi izbor znajući kakav je njen lik u crtiću, no super mi je ko i cijeli film, nastavak je zapravo jedno teško negledljivo smeće koje spada u jedne od najgorih filmova svih vremena dok mi je ovo je jedan prekrasan film, jedan od boljih iz 90-tih, klasik koji vjerno baš prati duh crtića kojeg sam kao mali obožavao!
