SADRŽAJ:
"- It is late 12th century England and Sir Robin Longstride, Earl of Huntington, (Russell Crowe) has returned to his northern English village after fighting in the Third Crusade. Upon arrival, the nobleman and his servant discover the oppression caused by the new Sheriff of Nottingham (Matthew Macfadyen). Sir Robin uses his intelligence and military skills to free his home village from tyranny and corruption in England, by taking back what is rightfully his, and by taking back what rightfully is theirs, to restore justice and happiness to England. Robin must also win the affection of the recently widowed Lady Marian (Cate Blanchett) while leading his Merry Men of Sherwood Forest to victory and fairness."
It was announced on March 26, 2010, that the film would open the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.

joj tek sam neki dan vidjela jumbo plakat u cinestaru. ovako na prvu mi se ne sviđa, pogotovo crowe u toj ulozi. odmah dobijem dojam da ću opet gladijatora gledat.

crowe mi ne sjeda kao robin hood, al baš me zanima šta je scott napravio od ovoga, navodno robin hood kakvog nikad nismo vidli

on je uvijek ima mrk, tup, dosadan pogledat. nema meni robin hooda do men in tights

ja sam odrastal na kevinu costneru i on bu za mene ostao vjerojatno alfa i omega robin hoodova

S obzirom da me čak niti "Gladijator" nije toliko oduševio, za ovo predviđam da će biti jedna od najgorih i, nažalost, najrazvikanijih verzija Robin Hooda.

Po meni bi Russel Crowe trebao glumiti glavnu ulogu u biografskom filmu o Marku Perkoviću Thompsonu a ne Robin Hoodu

Ma Thompson se fura na njega; jednom je izjavio kako mu je "Gladijator" najdraži film. Nekoć je bio klošar i buntovnik s dugom kosom a onda je dramatično postao obiteljski čovjek i okrenuo se ideologiji koja je copy/paste gladijatorove. A počeo je i zabijati mačeve u tlo
