2009., redatelj Duncan Jones se predstavio publici svojim dugometražnim prvijencem "Moon" za kojeg je također napisao i scenarij. Zahvalujući intrigantnoj priči, genijalnom vizulanom stilu i viziji, film se s pravom premetnuo u iznimno hvaljen uradak, jedan od najboljih te godine, a Duncan se u kratkom vremenu premetnuo u autora na čiju budućnost treba obratiti pozornost. I tako se Duncan vraća sa novim uradkom sljedeće godine, a radi se o SF triler filmu "Source Code", kojeg opet krasi zanimljiva priča/koncept ako je suditi prema traileru. Scenarij ovaj puta potpisuje Ben Ripley koji se baš i ne može pohvaliti nekim prijašnjim radovima ("Species III" i "Species: The Awakening"), ali čini se da je ovaj puta napokon napisoa nešto kvalitetno. Iako naravno, tek treba pogledati film da bi smo to mogli sa sigurnošću tvrditi. Glavne uloge u ovom filmu igraju Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga, Jeffrey Wright, Russell Peters, James A. Woods, Michael Arden i Derek Frost, a premijera će se održati 15. Travnja 2011.

When decorated soldier Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) wakes up in the body of an unknown man, he discovers he's part of a mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train. In an assignment unlike any he's ever known, he learns he's part of a government experiment called the "Source Code," a program that enables him to cross over into another man's identity in the last 8 minutes of his life. With a second, much larger target threatening to kill millions in downtown Chicago, Colter re-lives the incident over and over again, gathering clues each time, until he can solve the mystery of who is behind the bombs and prevent the next attack.
