O filmu:
The Game is a 1997 Neo-noir psychological thriller film directed by David Fincher, starring Michael Douglas, featuring Sean Penn, and produced by Polygram. It tells the story of an investment banker who is given a mysterious gift: participation in a game that integrates in strange ways with his life. As the lines between the banker's real life and the game become more uncertain, there are hints of a large conspiracy. The Game was well received by critics, though had middling box-office returns compared to the success of Fincher's previous film, Seven. The film was ranked #44 on Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments.

Plot:
Nicholas Van Orton is a very wealthy San Francisco banker, but he is an absolute loner, even spending his birthday alone. In the year of his 48th birthday (the age his father committed suicide) his brother Conrad, who has gone long ago and surrendered to addictions of all kinds, suddenly returns and gives Nicholas a card giving him entry to unusual entertainment provided by something called Consumer Recreation Services (CRS). Giving up to curiosity, Nicholas visits CRS and all kinds of weird and bad things start to happen to him.

Dosta dobar triler Davida Finchera, malo mi je slabiji od Sevena kojeg je prethodno napravio, no i dalje dobar film.
But, you know, I knew something must be rotten in Denmark. There was no way you could like me that much. Man, I can't tell you how relieved I was when you took off your dress, you... you didn't have a dick.

kad su mi jednom davno pričali prvi put o ovom filmu usput su spomenuli kako točno završava. mislim da mi je to bio prvi mega spoiler u životu i kompletno me odvratio od želje da posegnem za filmom.
danas sam ga ipak odlučila pogledati još uvijek se sjećajući što mi je rečeno i zbilja mi je to ubijalo uživanciju tokom ta 2 sata sam tak...

izuzev moje nesreće, film je dobar. nudi puno, vrijedi ga pogledati i začepit uši, ak netko krene o njemu pričati i objašnjavati ga. :P

hm... no, kad bolje razmislim, nije mi kraj nešto vrijedan pohvale, uopće mi se ne sviđa kako je izvedeno zadnjih 5 min.
