Ovo je jedan low budget projekt (budget filma je nekih 10-ak mil.$) koji bi mogao zainteresirati ljubitelje noir filmova. Doduše, sudeći po nekakvom u grubo smontiranom teaseru koji u biti i nije teaser u pravom smislu već samo u grubo smontiran i neobrađen materijal uz pratnju stvari "Bad to the Bone", ovaj film više cilja na neku akciju nego na noir atmosferu, ali opet, "posuđuje" neke elemente od tog (pod)žanra i više nego očito. Inače iza filma stoji poprilično poznata ekipa...redatelj Russell Mulcahy ("Highlander", "The Shadow", "Resident Evil: Extinction") iza kamere, te Thomas Jane, Devon Aoki, Ving Rhames, French Stewart i Doug Hutchison ispred kamere.
