Storyline: In contemporary Hong Kong, young nerdy geek Tim Cheung joins the Vampire Cleanup Department team which is a special and secret task force for dealing with Chinese vampires.The street cleaners out at night are actually vampire hunters, their giant garbage bins containing the captured vampires.
