Rin, a young high school student, is an unassuming and awkward girl who is bullied at school. One day, while being bullied, she feels a sharp pain in her hand. Later, Rin learns that she is a descendant of the ancient Hiruko clan, whose members are mutants gifted with superpowers. No sooner than she learns of this, that her home is raided by anti-Hiruko soldiers. Rin's parents are killed and Rin barely escapes with her life. After killing an entire shopping district out of misunderstanding and grief-fueled rage, Rin meets Rei, another mutant. Rei introduces Rin to a small rag-tag group of mutant rebels led by a transvestite samurai named Kisaragi, who is bent on restoring the Hiruko clan's place in the world.

Japanska verzija X - mena, inače za one koji su gledali filmove kao Machine girl, Tokyo gore police ili Vampire girl vs Frankenstein girl, uobičajeni splatter akcijski horor. Galoni krvi, loš CGI, dobra akcija, nekoliko napornih dijelova, seksi cure, mutantkinje (navijačica kojoj iz guzice izlazi motorna pila, francuska sluškinja s katanama iz sisa ili ženska s ručicama na glavi), hrpa bizarnih likova i veliko krvavo finale protiv divovskog seksualnog monstruma, splatter scene, efektno razaranje glave, puno zbilja brutalnog nasilja + loš crni humor.

Najjači trenutak kada otac otkriva svojoj kćeri da je mutant, pa se skida pred njom kao u nekom incest porniću i pokazuje joj svoje mutirane bradavice i penis.

Odličan film, gledao sam ga na open airu i bila je stvarno urnebesna zabava. Čak me više zabavio od Tokio Gore Police-a...
