Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)

Sony Screen Gems has confirmed a deal to distribute Paul W.S. Anderson's next sequel in the Resident Evil series, Variety reports. The deal moves the new film, which will be titled Resident Evil: Afterlife, one step closer to production.

Plans for two more sequels have been on the drawing board for some time. Afterlife is expected to shoot in Australia – the desert outback will fill in for Nevada. No official casting has been announced, but Milla Jovovich is likely to return as Alice, and Mike Epps could be playing his character "LJ" again. The film will be based on a new script by Anderson.

The storyline takes place after a major outbreak of the zombie virus. Alice must battle the Umbrella Corporation to prevent a race of clones called the "Undead" from completing the extinction of mankind.

Afterlife should begin filming this March if it remains on schedule. We'll be sure to keep our readers posted.

iskreno..nisam neki fan RE serijala, al kad sam vec odgledao sva tri valjda cu i ovog

a odlično.makar sam razočaran cjelim serijalom(jedino mi je prvi dio bil super)a sve ostalo nema veze s vezom,jer su fakad skrenuli na neki besni pus s pričom...
al unatoč tome jedva čekam da vidim na kaj bu ovaj nastavak zgledal.

osim prvog, i treći je bio dobar dok mi je drugi sranje... Pogledao sam i onu animaciju koja nije loša, naravno da i će i ovaj biti na repertoaru i dosta očekujem od njega

A release date's been set (September 17, 2010), Milla Jovovich is back and Paul W.S. Anderson has penned the script. No word on a director yet, however, Production Weekly reports the fourth entry has locked in an 8-week shooting schedule at Cinespace Film Studios in Toronto. Shooting begins on September 28th.

meni je to savim ok serijal i nemam nekih velikih očekivanja od nastavaka osim dobre zabave i Mille Jovovich

PROJECT DETAILS
Originally set for a September 17th 2010 theatrical release.
Actor Boris Kodjoe plays a leader of a group of survivors in L.A. that teams up with Alice.
Prison Break star Wentworth Miller plays "Chris Redfield".
Spencer Locke returns as "K-Mart".
Shawn Roberts replaces Jason O'Mara as "Albert Wesker".
Milla Jovovich returns as "Alice".
Ali Larter returns as "Claire Redfield".
The film reportedly begins shooting on September 28th for 8 weeks at Cinespace Film Studios in Toronto.
This project was originally said to be off a couple years ago.
Original director/writer for the sequels Paul W.S. Anderson once again writes the script and returns as director.
The film was originally said to take place in Japan, where they also planned to film.
It's said that this film will be in 3D and kick off a new trilogy of RE films.

Fora! Gledao sam prva tri, pa nema razloga da ne pogledam i ovaj. Ako nastave ovako bit će nastavaka ko u priči, a priči nikad kraja... Kao i Saw, svaki put misliš da je zadnji, ali uvijek te iznenade.

pa na pocetku je jos receno da ce ih bit sedam..iznenadjenje bi bilo da naprave osmi dio..ali od toga smo jos 2 god..iako ziher budu i to zbog love..
