Child's Play Remake.

The Child's Play franchise has always been one that I felt took a huge nose dive after it peaked on Child's Play 2. After part three the series began to inject much more humor into the films and turned the psychopathic killer doll into a punch line instead of a lunatic mass murderer on the run. The psychology of the killer James Earl Ray was completely erased. Now it seems a reboot is on the way.
Don Mancini the writer of the franchise will be helming the reboot as well writing script once again. AICN managed to track him down and talk about what the plan is with the new film and what, if any, feedback they have taken from the fans, "I think what we are mainly responding to, David and I, is the will of the fans, which is really telling us that they want to see a scary Chucky movie again. They want to go back to the straightforward horror rather than the horror comedy."
At the heart and soul of these fims has been Brad Dourif who has been the voice of Chucky in every entry of the film so far. So will he be back? Of course! "Who would you get that’s better? If you could recast it, you would want the actor to sound kind of like it, but it would feel weird to just be completely different I think."

A majko mila stvarno mi je muka ovih remakeova. Da zaključimo, koji je još poznati horror serijal osta netaknut? Znači, takva je moda, remakeovat sve šta se može. Mada mi bude zanimljivo gledat nove verzije, ipak mi je već stvarno muka od svega toga.

meni je nekak svejedno za ovo.
znam da sam jednom davno gledala original, al mi je bilo whatever. mislila sam mu opet dat sansu, no uvijek mi nes drugo uskoci za download.

Vec dugo nisu najavili remake, nek malo za promjenu prave remakove, a ne stalno nesto novo smisljat, nemozes sve pratit

sad več znam kad svaki dan otvorim horror filmovi u globalu...bit će uvjek neki remake

Instead of making a sequel to follow Seed of Chucky (2004) as originally intended the producers decided it was time to return Chucky to his horror roots instead of the comedic side which took control over 'Seed Of Chucky'. The only way they felt this was possible was to "reboot" the franchise with a remake of the original that was darker and scarier than even the original had been.

Jao jedan od mojih omiljenih horora, narocito prvi i drugi dio......nadam se da ce remake bit bar pola dobar kolko je original =)

jel uopće imamo još originale? morat ću izgleda "nabavit" prva dva dijela. 1. i 2. su mi bili zanimljivi ali zbilja više pretjeruju sa remakeovima

prvi deo i drugi je mozda bio malo ono kao strasan a ovi par seed of chucky i mozda jos neki ne secam se smejurija

Da, u početku je bio strašan a poslije je više neka komedija ispala!
Ima toliko dobrih horrora za napraviti, ali očito je najlakše napraviti rimejk i nadati se da će ime prodati sve!
