PLOT - Based on the classic Edgar Allan Poe short Story. A successful writer and scholar, Johnathon, becomes involved with a graduate student, Ligeia. She's dying of cancer and in trying to defeat death, she has been experimenting with forbidden ways to capture the human soul and to take the energy of stolen souls so to empower her own soul... so it can take over other living bodies after being forced out of its own, by death. The gothically beautiful, but scheming Ligeia tricks Johnathon's fiancee into breaking up with him. Jonathan and Ligeia fall in love-partly due to the mind control power she has developed. Their mutual obsession extends beyond her dramatic death

Trailer je prva liga, a i dobar je izbor glumaca. 8) 8)

eric roberts izgleda sve više glumi u hororima. :) A trailer mi ne izgleda ništa posebno kao niti radnja, a niti mi ne izgleda kao u vezi Edgara Alana poea...

BTW...pored Madsena i Robertsa, kao što možete zaključiti po posljednoj fotografiji, tu je i velečasni Zlatko Sudac haha...doduše, nabacio je koju kilu ali nema veze LOL :lol: :lol:

Film prikazan u sklopu Fangoria Frighfest festivala..stvarno nista posebno..od glume, do radnje..cak mi je glavni lik toliko antipatican da sam jedva do kraja pogledao film..ali ipak ispalati ga se pogledat zbog atmosfere i odlicnih vizualnih momenata kojih ima dosta..uglavnom Ligeia - 2/5

ako se dobro sjećam originalne priče , radnja filma nema neke velike veze s njom.
