If true, you can expect a follow-up to Renny Harlin's 1999 thriller about hyper-intelligent sharks to swim onto DVD in 2009. (Would that make the title DBS: 10 Years Later?) Warner has not found a director, but Moviehole says there are writers (plural) on board.

- Production is set to begin sometime in early '09.
- Rogue Pictures hopes to bring back Liv Tyler and the original villains.
- Original writer/director Bryan Bertino returns to script, but no word if he'll once again go behind the camera.
