Under Siege 3... Has Aliens?

Da bar..Hilarious. Stephen Segal is interested in doing Under Siege 3 and tells MTV that it might have an alien angle.
"I personally want it to be something more modern. In other words, I wouldn't mind if it was about something more mystical or…maybe extraterrestrial in nature. Some real government top secrets instead of just the typical."
Under Siege was a great movie, the sequel was not. The sheer though of Number 3 somehow incorporating aliens and an X-Files Angle is laughable at best.
