Fox News reporting that the shooter was an a white male Devin Kelley, in his twenties from San Antonio. Apparently wore a mask and used an AR15. Fox News also stating that he was from outside the community and posted some crap on his Facebook page about doing this (his page has been wiped so we'll have to take their word for that).
