RADNJA
A circus troupe goes on a crime spree after inhaling some toxic gases by accident, causing mutation and granting them superhuman powers. One of them, played by Aaron Kwok, defects from the troupe and teams up with a special agent, Wu Jing, and a cop, Zhang Jingchu, who push him to the peak of his super powers to help fight the criminal troupe and save the city.
